Terms and Conditions of EPACKCO

 

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the use of our Customized Product Online Mall (the “Mall”). By accessing or using the Mall, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Mall.

 

2. User Accounts

 

  • You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Mall. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • We will make every effort to create the customized product according to your instructions, but we cannot guarantee exact replication in all cases due to the nature of the customization process and potential limitations of materials and techniques.

  • We accept various payment methods as indicated on the payment page. Payment must be made in full before we commence production of the customized product.

5. Production and Delivery

 

  • The production time of the customized product will depend on the complexity of the customization and our current workload. We will provide an estimated production time on the order confirmation page.
  • Delivery times will be based on the shipping method selected and the destination. We are not responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters or carrier issues.
  • You will be provided with a tracking number once the product is shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress.

 

6. Returns and Refunds
